So I decided I wanted to highlight the new In Colors and show off how beautiful they were for this week's Blog Hop. And to be honest, I can't seem to put down the Flourishing Phrases Stamp set and coordinating framelits. They are just so beautiful and the words make them amazingly versatile!
Each of my cards has the same basic layout: A water colored background, a die cut over the top and a greeting with a bit of Black metallic thread to accent.
So simple and yet so gorgeous.
You can see the detailed close up showing how simple it is. I love that despite each of the backgrounds being done the same basic way, each has its own look. That part is so fun with watercolors! I also love that the different shapes look fantastic against the water colored background! Flourishing Phrases is truly my favorite from this new catalog!
