Hi everyone!
HOpe you had a wonderful weekend…I just sent an e-mail to my customers and I mentioned that I enjoyed watching the Vikings win a fun football game yesterday…that may have been an understatement. Yesterday, I was calling back a customer who wanted to place an order and the Vikings scored just as I dialed so I was screaming and she answered and I calmy said, "Hello, this is Dena Rekow returning your call,….). She said oh, I'm sorry my son is screaming for the football game, and I laughed and said if she had picked up her phone even a second sooner I would have been yelling in her ear! :) I am really into football and it was fun to watch. I have to give a shout out to my Daycare provider, Teresa's husband because he is a hardcore Cowboys fan! I promise not to say anything! 🙂
Well, now that football is out of the way, I've got a bunch of fun stuff to share…and a fabulous Big Shot class tonight. Here is one of the fabulous cards we will make:
This fun card was done by my stamping buddy, Julie. We will make it tonight. It uses the new Sweet Pea Printed paper, the Movers and Shapers Die and the punch windows. The new Chocolate Satin ribbon and new scallop border punch make it great!
Here is a quick and easy card. It uses the new Well Scripted stamp set from the Mini plus our new Polka-dot embossing folder. A little organza ribbon and the ticket corner punch and you're done!
And another great card…this one uses the I {Heart} Hearts stamp set from the new Mini plus the Whimsical Words stamp set from the Sale-a-bration flyer. Colors are Very Vanilla, Real Red, Chocolate Chip, and pretty in Pink. The printed paper is the new Sending Love from the Mini catalog and it comes "pre-blinged" with glitter already on it! LOVE IT!
And finally here is an awesome card that my upline, Tami made. It uses the Sweet Pea printed paper, the new Hugs love notes and the REALLY fabulous new Beautiful Wings Embosslet (don't worry, we are using it on 2 cards at class tonight!!) Colors are Chocolate chip and the Scallop border punch was used along with the Well Scripted Stamp set.
