Friday Quickies Techniques and Tips: CASING

So this week for Friday Quickies (on a Sunday, I know….) I wanted to show you how I was CASEing the Holiday Catalog with NEW OCCASIONS catalog items!  It is so much fun and I have some great tips for you! CASE stands for Copy And Selectively Edit (or Copy and Share Everything).  I have always felt that our catalogs are FILLED with awesome ideas for creating and sometimes the best way to get out of "stampers" block is to CASE!  Check it out:

Gather Your Supplies:

• 1/2 Sheet Whisper White plus 4 x 5 1/4" Whisper White
• Scrap of Peekaboo Peach and Flirty Flamingo
• Scrap (about 5/8" wide) of whisper white for sentiment
• Flirty Flamingo and Peekaboo Peach
• Sweet and Sassy (layering Hearts) framelits
• Metallic Ribbon combo pack (SAB Ribbon)
• Softly Falling Embossing Folder
• DImensionals
• Falling for You Stamp Set

I love the look of these adorable hearts with the stamping!  And I love making up some Anniversary cards to have on hand.  I think that you can change the sentiment to be just about anything, though: Birthday, Wedding, Sending Love, Thinking of you…

I love the simplicity of this adorable card!  

I also created this fun card using the Bell Card as an inspiration:  I used the Succulent Garden Bundle (MY ABSOLUTE FAV from the Occasions Catalog) !  Don't worry–there will so be an Online Class for this bundle! 🙂

I think it turned out great–a little dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper, some printed paper and one of our new Lace Doilies!  Awesome!!
