I love today's card-it has all the hallmarks of a fantastic creation: It is easy, It has Pool Party and Bermuda Bay, it has flowers. What more could you want? It is such a beautiful sunny day, today I thought I would post a cheerful card to celebrate!
I used the Wild about Flowers stamp set and I just love it! It is easy to use and Stampin UP even coordinated the stems and flowers so you can use the correct flower with the correct stem (because, despite your degree in Biology, you are completely oblivious to flower names and correct appearances). Oh–wait–that's me!! 🙂 I have never been too worried about this, to be honest! 🙂
So I took those pretty flowers and I inked them up with pool party, then I sponged a bit of Bermuda bay at the bottoms of each before I stamped them down and that is how I achieved the shaded look! Super simple and easy but adds so much dimension!
