Happy Monday everyone! I hope you are getting ready for another week of awesomeness! I think that this week has to be better than last. It was a Murphy's Law week for sure! Family Emergencies (yes that's plural), plus the flu visited our house. Ugly combination! The only good thing that happened was that I watched a ton of Olympics. Swimming and Gymnastics are my fav, so let's just say I am nursing my Olympic Hangover! 😉 I can't keep staying up so late to see everything–but I love every minute of it! All I can say is I am already in swimming withdrawal! I was a swimmer in High School so watching Team USA is just amazing. They are unbelievable! I love that they are classy and truly amazing! While I have always been a fan of Michael Phelps, Katie Ledecky is my new hero! I love her! And, I love, love, love Missy Franklin. My heart breaks for her not having a good meet. So hard! :(

I have to admit, I really like this set, Touches of Texture. It is such a fun set with all the amazing pieces to add texture and of course beautiful flowers.
Gather your supplies:
- 1/2 sheet Crumb Cake
- 3 5/8 x 4 7/8" Very Vanilla
- 3 3/4 x 5 Dapper Denim
- Linen Thread
- Moroccan Washi Tape
- Early Expresso, Dapper Denim, Garden Green and Delightful Dijon Pads
- Mini Stapler
I popped up the greeting (From Feather Together).
I love this touch–I saw my friend Kimberly use this on a card recently. Just wrapped a little twine around my fingers and stapled it to the card. So simple, but fun and different!
