WWYS: Sweet Cupcake

How cute are these? Welcome to the WWYS Challenge: Sweet Cupcake!  

I love this awesome set!  You may have seen some of the creative projects I've made with it already–like this one (it includes the video for making your own stamp positioner!!) or this card which is a little inappropriate but AWESOME!!

Here I am using the cupcake stacked up for triple icing.  I can already feel the sugar high (In my kids, I would never eat this, puh-lease!!) It is so sweet and fun, and of course I love the colors!!

Gather your supplies:

• 1/2 Sheet of Whisper White plus scraps for diecutting
• 5 1/2 x 3/4" neutrals prints stack DSP
• toothpick
• Flirty Flamingo, Pink Pirouette, Peekaboo Peach, Smoky slate and Basic Gray ink pads
• Sweet Cupcake Bundle
• wink of stella

I stamped the "layers" of the icing by stamping off the first layer and using my homemade stamp positioner to get them aligned just right. 

I stamped the background with the Sweet Cupcake greeting in Pink Pirouette and then when I added the cupcake, I had to add wink of stella, because nothing says amazing cupcake like a sparkly one!  The "happy birthday" was stamped with Flamingo ink and trimmed out closely and mounted on the toothpick.  So Sweet!!

Inside I had to add birthday candles!!

For the next card, I had to take those layers of icing and turn them into ice cream! To make the cone, I cut a piece of crumb cake cardstock with the little triangle from Playful Pals/Pyramid Pals Thinlits.  The stamp set ad the cool dash lines in it to create the "sugar cone" 

Isn't it adorable???  I added the Sweet cut from Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper.  So darn cute!

And, I had to add Wink of Stella to the ice cream, too!
