This card is really simple to put together and of course it uses my FAVORITE technique: Faux Watercolor!!  So nice, and so simple!  The wonderful thing is how quickly this card comes together! I love how simple it is!  TIP: Make sure you "ground" your pumpkins–make sure they are sitting on something rather than just floating in the air. 🙂

Hope you enjoyed this cute card!

  1. Hi there! I love your videos and the cards you create. I have a question. I have a lot of ink pads. I’ve experimented using them with your water color technique. Some work and some don’t. Some completely dissolve, leaving no trace of the original stamp where I add water. Some don’t change at all when water is added. And some work just like yours. So… what is the secret? What type of ink should I be using? Thanks!

  2. Hi Julie,
I would need a little more information about your pads. The best ones for the technique are dye based ink (like the Stampin Up Classic Pads). Craft ink or Pigment ink will not work for this. The other big Big BIG thing is the paper–Watercolor paper is key–if you are not using that–the technique wont work at all! Hope that helps!
