WWYS Challenge: Magical Mermaid

Welcome to the WWYS Challenge!  This week we are working with the Magical Mermaid set and let me just be clear: This is one of those sets that I was like, wellllll…. it is cute but do I *REALLY* need that one?  Oh my gosh–then one of my downline, Andrea, shared an ADORABLE card on our team FB Page and it was GORGEOUS!!  I knew I had to get it!!  Soooooo, I ordered it and just in time for this week's challenge!

Gather Your Supplies:

• 1/2 Sheet Bermuda Bay
• 4 x 5 1/4" Bermuda Bay
• 3 7/8 x 5 1/8" Whisper White plus scrap for Mermaid
• 3 x 4" window sheet
• Foam Adhesive Sheets
• Embossing Buddy, Heat tool, and Gold Embossing Powder
• Versamark, Soft Sky, Pear Pizzazz, Pool Party, Bermuda Bay, Chocolate Chip and Black Archival ink
• Gold Mini Sequin Trim
• Ruffled Dynamic Embossing Folder
• Glue Dots
• Aquapainter
• Sponge Daubers

I LOVE the look of the gold embossing on the Mermaid–I colored it with Soft SKy and then added little drops of Bermuda Bay to a bunch of the scales.  So pretty!  I also love the mini sequin trim on her hair!
