As many of you have seen glimpses of our convention celebration of our 25th anniversary, we had an amazing week! I am so excited to have shared that celebration with 5 of my fantastic downline. We had an absolute blast and shared so many fun moments! Here is a few of them in photos…
We toured the home office where they have The Legacy Room, a bit of a history of Stampin Up. They have some fabulously decorated rooms using our awesome products!
When you walk into the home office, it is a huge atrium and they decorated it to honor the theme of this year's convention, Be The Difference. Doesn't it look amazing!
This is one of the areas of the home office where they have big bean bags and open areas for coming up with creativity… We got creative, too! I don't think they were expecting me to lay across their laps! 🙂
This is the best part of the home office: the distribution center…where your orders are picked and shipped…see the boxes going by…yay!!
This is the entrance to the home office…gotta like that…I am sure the people driving by (there were probably 50-100 people doing this with us) thought we were insane…but they should know that us Stampin Up girls are a unique breed! 🙂
Shelli, our cofounder and amazing leader!
Getting our awesome convention bags…they are super sweet!
Kris was the first prize patrol winner! Yahoo! This year they gave a prize patrol gift to EVERYONE at convention! What a treat!!! It was so much fun! The last winner of convention got EVERY stamp set in the upcoming Holiday Catalog! Can you imagine? None of us won, but it was really exciting!
So the prize patrol that I won was the product that goes with this…it is not released so I can't show a picture of the product (and I'm not going to describe it so I cover all my bases on what can and can't be shown on my blog)!! But here is a sample that was made with what I won…I LOVE IT!!!!!
We had a march accross the main stage for the people who had earned the Grand Vacation (the Western Caribbean Cruise). This is my friends Jodi and Jen and I taking a Selfie! 🙂
So on awards night, they were announcing the top 100 names and when we were at least 2/3 through, I was pretty sure there was no way I would be called, so I was texting, and guess what? They called my name–I was shocked, surprised, and thrilled all in one! I really didn't expect this at all and I think that has made it all the sweeter…best yet, my downline was there with me!
Thanks to Julie for getting these pictures…since I had no idea this was about to happen, none of us had cameras ready!! Yeah, I was crying like a baby! I was just so happy! 🙂
This year I also hit a big milestone–I have sold $500,000 in stamps in my career with Stampin Up! Can you believe that? Wow!
And, that's not all: Gwen celebrated her 5 year anniversary with Stampin Up! Woo Hoo!! She got to march for that on the main stage as well! Way to go, Gwen!
One last picture of our group of amazing gals who came to convention with me! We had such a wonderful time and I am so glad to say I know each one better now than before–and of course–What Happens At Convention Stays at CONVENTION!! Who is coming with me next year??
