Stamps Ink Paper Tic Tac Toe Challenge

So, this is the first time I've done a Tic Tac Toe challenge–I literally had to ask what it was! I really found it to be harder than I thought it would simply because there were too many options to choose from!  One of the things I LOVE about challenges is that they narrow down what you have to choose from to stamp with.  Not so much here.  I can see doing this challenge in so many ways!  So, I picked Hearts, Pink and Bling.  What's not to love about that?!

I started with a Basic Gray background.  I've been working with gray and pop's of color a lot lately, so that is why I went with that.  Now that I think about it though Black would be pretty fun, too!  I embossed it with the Happy Heart folder and added the heart from You're So Sweet (the heart is diecut from the Treat Bag Thinlits). 

 I then added some hearts that I diecut with the "heart border" that is in that same set of thinlits using Melon Mambo cs and Blushing Bride Glimmer paper.  Lastly, A satin stitched ribbon in Melon Mambo tied around the center.  Totes Adorbs!
