Welcome to The Stamparatus Blog Hop! Whether this is your first stop or you are joining the fun from the Amazing, Dawn's Blog, I am just so thrilled to have you here at The Creativity Cave! For this blog hop, we are each focusing on various techniques that can be used with the Stamparatus! I will be sharing a great tip on Die Cutting with my Stamparatus! I think you are going to like this technique, too!

- Stamparatus
By Using your Stamparatus to precision place the die cut butterflies, you are able to quickly create amazing die cut pieces and save cardstock and time by not having to align the pieces each time die cut. Let the Stamparatus do the work for you!
To create this beautiful rainbow of popped up butterflies, stamp each piece and fold in half.
Glue each butterfly tip to tip. Adhere the end pieces in the card
I positioned them before my "final" spot to make sure they would fit and open then I glued them down and held the card closed to ensure placement was correct!
Isn't this a beauty? There are lots of our die cut pieces this technique works wonderfully for–and if you plan on making more than one card, it is especially useful!

Fun fluttering pop up butterfly card – thanks for sharing!
This is ridiculously fun and gorgeous! I can imagine there will be many CASE’s of this amazing project! Exactly the kind of thing a stamp positioner is made for.
Wow! What a wonderful card! Love it!
I love this card so much that I was going to make it for my daughter’s birthday tomorrow, as well as her Masters graduation. She loves butterflies, but I ran into a problem. My Watercolor Wings stamp will not stamp like yours, it comes out a mess, not soft color like yours. This is the first time I have inked up this set. It’s possible my ink pad is too juicy. Any thoughts on what to do? Thanks.
Hi Micki!
It is hard to say without seeing a picture, but if you are working with an extra juicy ink pad, try a drier one and see if it stamps better. Another option is to stamp off the first layer of ink–that is actually how most of the butterflies are done with this card. The solid Butterfly is stamped off. Additionally, try stamping on a foam pad, that may help as well. Good luck!
Thanks so much, Constanze!!
I tried to click on the butterfly stamp set and it doesn’t come up – won’t come up with name / item # either??? How do I order that one.
