I love this week's sketch challenge!  It is a great sketch that you can really do almost anything with!  The sky is totally the limit with this one and I think you'll find the Design Team has completely different takes on the sketch, which is awesome!

I pulled out the florals from Number of Years.  I love this set–the numbers and coordinating framelits are wonderful, but I thought I would take a step back from numbers and just go with the florals for this card.  Maybe it is wishful thinking, maybe it is the fact that it is supposed to be 50 degrees later this week, but I am loving the spring-y look of my card! I think the Miss You is as much wishful thinking for spring as it is a card for someone whom I actually miss…

The stamping is so easy, but check out the video for some great tips–you know I always have them–like how this butterfly is all kinds of awesome!

I hope you love this card~and it makes you dream of spring.  If you are somewhere warm, I hope you are feeling the pain of the average mid-westerner.  While I am not whining (no, really!) I think that when you go too long without sun, things get funky in your head!  No joke.  Maybe that makes for a good video, though! 😉

  1. I tried to leave a message on your video on You Tube but there wasn’t a place…thanks for sharing this and the tip of splitting the c.s. butterfly, great idea. Thanks again, I am a S.U. Demonstrator for my own use but love to see your videos and your personality.
