This is a fun card I made based on a couple of things I saw on the Stampin Up Demonstrator Gallery on a site we have access to called Stampin Connection. It is sort of like facebook for Demonstrators only. I LOVE this site because it has over 90,000 samples and growing! What a treat! For this card I used the set, Friends Never Fade plus the Greenhouse Garden printed paper. The colors are Crumb Cake, Pumpkin Pie, and Baja Breeze. the "tabs" sticking out are actually the Modern Label punch! Love that! I also used a little linen thread and the square lattice embossing folder.
This is a cool card made by my friend, Chris. She ussed the Flower Burst Embosslet and then "stamped" a sponge dauber in the center of each flower. I love the tone on tone look of the flowers on the white cardstock. The greeting is from the set, It's your Birthday.
This fun card was a swap I recieved at convention this year and I just love it–it is the quilt look. Basically you glue a bunch of squares of printed cardstock on a piece of plain cardstock and then run through the Top Note Die for the big shot. The Island Oasis Printed paper was used with the Tropical Party stamp set. The Polka dot embossing folder, Scallop Trim border punch and Curly Cute stamp set were used. Colors are Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Rose Red, Tempting Turquoise, and So Saffron.
