Welcome to the Stamp Ink Paper Challenge! This week we are creating packaging projects! I think this is one area of weakness for me! I LOVE to make cards (could you tell?) But packaging is something that I just don't always think of unless I have a specific need for something. The funny thing is that it is sooooo easy! Especially when I think about what I make the most: gift card holders! I give gift cards or cash for a lot of presents these days–they are easy to shop for, easy to give (or deliver) and they are always a hit! So, I thought I would jazz this one up and make it extra cute!
Gather your supplies:
- Kraft Tag A Bag
- 12x 1 1/2" Tasty Treats DSP
- Layering Circleles Framelits
- Cool Treats
- Pink Pirouette, Flirty Flamingo, Tip Top Taupe ink pads
- Clear Wink of Stella
- Flirty FLamingo Ribbon

The project is super easy–fold over the bag, wrap it with the DSP and tie with a ribbon to create a belly band. I embellished with the circle and stamped the Popsicle. BUT—it got me thinking: what else could you put in this little treasure? Here are some ideas I came up with:
- mini album
- coupon book for summer (like go to the park, go to the pool, get ice cream, etc.)
- Gift Card Holder
- Set of Note cards
- Small jewelry (necklace or earrings)
