This week's challenge for Stamp Ink Paper is perfect–because I am about done with Christmas cards at this point! 🙂 I love Christmas, but as a demonstrator, it gets to be a long season of card making. So, I LOVE that this week is ANYTHING but Christmas!! YAY! Plus, this card is the best way for us to use our hobby for good!!! Spread some love where you can!!
Gather Your Supplies:
- 1/2 sheet of Cucumber Crush
- 4 5/8 x 3 3/8 Black Cardstock
- 4 1/2 x 3 1/4" Watercolor Paper
- Tempting Turquoise, Cucumber Crush, Daffodil Delight, TAngerine Tango, Melon Mambo, BLack Archival ink pads
- Sparkle Embossing Folder
- Gold Metallic Thread
- Over The Rainbow stamp set
- aquapainter
Stamp the rainbow from top to bottom, going over each color with your aqua painter to achieve the "faux watercolor" look.
I love the bright, happy nature of this card and I think it would be just perfect to send to someone to lift them up! I think that is a huge part of what all of us can do with our hobby that we are so passionate about! So make a couple of cards like these to have on hand so that when you need them in a pinch to send to someone, you can!
