So, I am a big fan of back to school! I am very excited that my kids are getting back into a routine, that they will be busy with activities and most excitedly, they will be doing productive things with their time! 🙂 Ok, and they will be out of my hair not requiring my entertainment skills! BUT, I will miss them, so I made this card to give to each of them on their first day (THURSDAY, just 48 short hours from now!!!) and I could not be more excited about the possibilities that this year will bring to them, and I think it is a great idea to let them know that! So I will sneak this card into their backpacks!
Gather Your Supplies:
- 1/2 Sheet Bermuda Bay
- 3 3/4 x 5 Whisper White
- 3 7/8 x 5 1/8" Lemon Lime Twist
- Black Memento, Smoky Slate, Lemon Lime Twist and Bermuda Bay ink pads
- Watercolor Words
- Labeler Alphabet
- Metallic Enamel Dots
- Black Marker
- Dimensionals and Fast Fuse
You know I had to spritz it! 🙂 It adds such a fun touch!
The inside of the card is so fun–just a little room for a sweet message for me to write! I love the Labeler alphabet–it is so easy to use and I think it looks better when not lined up perfect! You can customize it for any sentiment, which is fun! I love it for more off the wall kinds of sentiments, too! 🙂
