Here are some of my favorite cards that I've made using items from the Sale-a-bration flyer…it is not too late to take advantage of my favorite special of the year…just drop me an email or head over to my store (www.drekow.stampinup.net) and with a $50 order, you'll get something free!
This card uses the sprinkled expressions and the brad/ribbon pack, plus the Everyday Enchantment Printed paper (all SAB items). I used my new favorite tool…the Label framelets!! Love 'em!
These cards have a fantastic story…I was in the O Hare airport on my way to San Antonio for Leadership in Jan, and I of course found all the demos on my flight (there were several) and a lady named Julie was sitting next to me and we were all sharing our cards. She had some absolutely adorable cards and these were two of them. We all took pictures of each other's cards and these I just had to make! The Stamp set was Fresh Vintage with the coordinating printed paper and brads (again all from the Sale-a-bration flyer). LOVE them!! I used the 1" punch, postage punch, tasteful trim die for the ric-rac and the greeting is from Teeny Tiny wishes.
Here is a really great card that we made in my card club…I just love it!! I used the bunny idea I found on Stampin Connection (the sample data base that we demonstrators have access to on the Stampin Up Website), I wante to used the new diagonal scoring plate for the Simply Scored and again, my favorite label framelet die for the big shot. The bunny is built from several punches:
- 3/4 Circle
- small oval
- heart to heart (and it coordinates with the itty bitty buttons for a cute butt)
- blossom builder punch
And lots of glue dots! :) The greeting is from the set , greetings by the dozen (or something like that…sorry I don't have a catalog handy as I write this…whoops!!)
That is it for today…more tomorrow!
