Rainy days are good for stamping

Don’t you think…I just love rainy days although we’ve had an awful lot of them lately!!  Hope that things dry out eventually!  It is harder to get up in the morning when all you hear is the rain on the roof and it is dark out–but I am up and ready for the day, today! 🙂

Here are some cards for you to see…enjoy!

Regal Rose, Basic Black, Whisper White, Certainly Celery Ink and Cardstock

Black Gingham ribbon, Vintage Brads, ticket corner punch

This is such a pretty card–and great colors!!  It is very easy–just lots of layers–the black really punches the whole thing up!!

Img_3114_2This is my FAVORITE!!!  We made this awesome card in club this month and I think everyone really liked it!!  It is sooooooooooooooooooooo Cute!!!

The colors are Certainly Celery, Sky Blue, and Basic Black for the basic part of the card.  The frog is punched in Wild Wasabi (with the flower punch from the punch box). The eyes are made with a white gel pen, once dry, the black dots are added with black marker.  The Flower is punched in Purely Pommegranate–the center is stamped with an image from the punch box.  The Lily Pad is made with the small oval punch, with the notch cut out of it and in Certainly Celery cardstock.

The saying is from the set Unfrogettable (it also has " Hoppy Birthday" and "have I toad you lately that I love you?" which are also fun for this card!!

The background card is wheeled with the So Swirly JUmbo wheel.  THe part the frog is actually attached to is the Soft Sky Prints cardstock.

Img_3129 Birthday card…does it look familliar?  I LOVE this card!!!!!  It is actually a copy from the catalog…page 150.  I like the one from the catalog a bit better–but isn’t this cute????

The colors are Purely Pommegranate, Wild Wasabi, Soft Sky, and BLue Bayou.  The saying is from Hugs and Wishes, the rest are from the Punch BOx.  The ribbon is Blue Bayou Double Stitched, and the leaves are from the Spring Bouquet Flower Punch.  TOO CUTE!!!

Img_2990 Here is a fun card–it is from the set Sassy Stems.

It is stamped in Timber Brown StazOn, and colored in with aquapainters and Sky Blue, Certainly Celery, and So Saffron.  The Background is the Scatter Sunshine Jumbo Background.  The Warm Wishes are from Hugs and Wishes stamp set.  The Ribbon is WIDE chocolate CHip Grosgrain and the corner is the ticket corner punch!!  Lots of fun!
