I pulled this set out tonight after not having done too much with it…I really like it and think it is pretty darn cute, but just had not played with it. Since it’s name indicates something about what to do with it…uh, punch the images out, I figured I ought to see exactly what punches work with it and here is the list I came up with…
- Scalloped Circle
- 1 3/8"Square
- 1 1/4"Square
- 1 3/8" circle
- 1 1/4" circle
- 3/4" circle
- 3/4" square
- Tag punch
- small tag punch
- 1/2" circle
- word window punch
- key tag punch
- three for you punch
- oval punch
- large oval punch
That is quite a list…wanna see how I came up with it? Here goes!
Here is all the stuff in one picture (looks impressive, huh?)
I’ve broken it down further…and yes this is all sitting on the very keyboard that is typing out this highly useful and invigorating information!! 🙂
First the Tag punches (regular and small)
You can take the tag stamp and punch 2 different tags to layer them up…or you can stamp various images and punch them out with the tag punches and layer them up…possibilities are endless!!
Next is the 3/4" circle and square–perfect for the snowflake and star–you could even use the 1/2" circle punch to cut off the borders of these two images…I just realized that as I am typing this…better go add it to the list…
Ah, the big circles and scallop punch…can’t go wrong with these–tons of you have these awesome punches…
The big circle image obviously works with the scallop–but the other circles (down to the 3/4" circle) works to create the different layers with this image…TOO CUTE!!
I also made a little tag with the to/from stamp and the key tag punch (that is the furthest punch to the right in my picture)…can’t see it super well here, but it is cute!! Click on the image to see a larger view–it si easier to see there. You could really have fun playing with the layers on this one!!
Next we have the Three For You Punch Box Punch. THis baby is a sweet punch–I LOVE THIS THING!! and it is totally made to go with the 3 poinsettias–I have a card sample to show you what I mean! It makes a window…
As you can see, I punched it into the top of the card and the image is stamped below…how did I get 4 flowers when it is the "THREE" for you punch? Well I punched it once, then lined up one of the flowers and punched out a fourth…what a good idea!!
The other stuff from this card: River Rock, Rose Red Prints, Vanilla Cardstock,
Ivory taffeta ribbon
Happy Holidays is from the set, Snowfall
Last but certainly not least, the word window punch…You are right…awesome!! You can punch out any of the sayings or the little snowflake border with this one…Rockin’ awesome!
This cute card was made by my upline (the lady who recruited me into Stampin Up, Tami). She used tons of punches, the Kraft Brown cardstock, Chipboard, Pomegranate, kraft taffeta, ivory taffeta, wild wasabi and even a bit of hodgepodge (thus adding the large oval punch to the list…gotta go add that too!
Here is another card–made by Tami as well–a "tall one"
Same colors–add wasabi ribbon, fire circle rhinestone brads…
But, don’t forget, you can also use the big square punches on this too…I am off to stamp more samples!!
This super cute card is one I believe I have already posted to the blog…but here it is again!
Another cute one!!! uses Soft Sky prints, whisper white, blue bayou and soft sky cs, blue bayou ink, pewter hodgepodge/brads, and white taffeta ribbon
Here is another great one..No punches (the corner punch doesn’t actually punch out any of the stamped images…but maybe you could find a way????
And finally, this super cute card is one of the ones that we will be making for my Christmas Stamp A Stack–it is on Thursday or Saturday this week.. HOW CUTE IS THIS????
