This month our theme is New Year No Rules! Yay!! I love NO Rules hops–the are the best because you never know what you'll see next! I am kinda giddy about my projects! As soon as I saw the Yummy in My Tummy Stamp set, I was in love! The little monsters in this set are AWESOME!! They are just so adorable! And paired with our new Watercolor Pencils, I am just giddy!
So I started by making this gift bag–I knew right away that I wanted to cut a hole in that bag and make the treat show through the tummy of my adorable spotted monster!
The Moster is Stamped in Black archival on watercolor paper. I colored it with the Watercolor Pencils and blended with Aquapainters. SO STINKING CUTE!
I added the "hugs" with a little craft stick and adhered it to the bag that I had stamped with the heart from the stamp set.
The Card came second, and I must say I LOVE IT!! I think if I stamped it again, I'd maybe stamp a couple more monsters to cover the space a bit better.
It just turned out so dang cute! 🙂 I hope you like it, too!!
