OSAT Blog Hop: Creature Comforts

Welcome to the One Stamp At A Time Blog Hop!  Whether you are joining in from the amazing Andrea's Blog or this is your first stop, Welcome to The Creativity Cave!  I am just tickled pink to have you here!  This month our theme is Creature Comforts and I was just giddy when I decided it was time to break out my new Little Elephant Bundle!!

I created an adorable Baby Card and coordinating Sour Cream Treat made with the Treat Time Bundle.  And whether you are throwing a baby shower or gifting some treats to someone with a new baby, these little elephants are PERFECT for the occasion!  My favorite part is this stamp set is created with versatility built in so you can make more than just baby projects, too!  

Gather Your Supplies:

• 1/2 Sheet Petal Pink
• 4 1/4 x 3 1/4 Twinkle Twinkle Printed paper
• 4 1/4 x 1 1/2" Twinkle Twinkle Paper
• 4 3/8 x 3 3/8" Night of Navy
• Scrap of White and Petal Pink for Die Cutting
• Petal Pink, Smoky Slate (or Granite Gray) and Night of Navy Ink Pads
• Treat Time Bundle
• Little Elephants Bundle 
• Faceted Dots
• Layering Squares and Stitched Shapes Framelits
• White Classic Weave Ribbon
• Glue Dots
• For Treat Holder:
• Scraps of Petal Pink and 5 x 6" Piece of Printed Paper

I love that the framelits have lots of personalization options like adding this little eyelet scallop edging or the different tops: Straight, Rounded, or heart shaped!

Isn't this ADORABLE??  And pretty dang easy to make with those framelits!

Now my card is just plain ADORABLE!!  I paired the Little Elephant Bundle (the punch that coordinates is awesome for these sweet little elephants!!) with the Twinkle Twinkle DSP (it is part of this month's Buy 3 get 1 Free DSP Special).  The colors are so sweet and work for boy or girl cards!

I paired the sweet colors in the DSP to make a girl card, but to make a boy version, just substitute Pool Party for the Petal Pink! EASY!

Such a cute and easy layout of papers–try it with different colors/patterns/papers!  I hope you loved these projects!
