BACK TO SCHOOL!!!! I know you are thinking, Dena, aren't you one of those super moms who cries at the sight for their youngest kid headed off to Kindergarten? NOPE I AM NOT! In fact I am rejoicing! I have made fabulous plans: I am thinking Mimosa's on Thursday (the day they go back), I've got an hour massage scheduled, I am getting my hair cut, the works! I am so excited, I may do a happy dance when the bus pulls away! Don't get me wrong but since Carl has been home with me since Janurary, I seriously need some time without at least one child! And to make it more exciting, I had 4 kids here for the last 10 days, so it will really be a fantastic break! I have so many things to do and at the top of the list is STAMPING!! I am so looking to long, uninterrupted sessions! Here is a little to wet your whistle:
This card was actually a Thank You card that Stampin Up sent to me after the Alaska Cruise in May–isn't it absoulutely beautiful! They made several hundred of these beatuties and I must admit that the doily is about my favorite stamp in the catalog! It just looks lovely! I was really excited to recieve such a pretty card from Stampin Up!
This is a card I made using one of the awesome new hostss sets. I borrowed the idea from a fellow demo that I found on our demonstrator only gallery. It is Crumb Cake, Pool Party, So Saffron and Wild Wasabi. VERY fun! I used the 2 1/2" circle punch, some subtles buttons and finally the word is from Teeny Tiny Wishes.
