How to make a Watercolored Collage Card

Welcome to The Totally Techniques Blog Hop! This month we are doing Collage Stamping and I wanted to show you How to Make a Collaged Watercolor Card! I love incorporating watercolor in the collage technique! I decided to use one of my favorite stamp sets, Elements of Text combined with the Lovely & Sweet Stamp Set and Dies (They are both discounted on the Last Chance List when you purchase individually!
