Holy Rainstorm, Batman?!!!

My goodness, I hope none of you are too waterlogged after this weekend!  We had my niece and nephew here while my sister spent the weekend in San Francisco for her 40th birthday with her husband.  Wow–I think I have a new found respect for people with 4 children….I could never do it! UGH!!

I also did a class in Traer on Sunday afternoon, and I was thinking I may never make it home.  It was raining so hard that I couldn't see much of anything…just the next 2 yellow strips on the center divide, and headlights.  It was so bad I was actually afraid of stopping for fear that the side of the road would be muddy and I'd get stuck…much less I couldn't even see it!

So, after all that…here are some cards for you to enjoy!  Also, I have my Brides and Babies class here tomorrow night, if you are interested in attending the class, please let me know…if you'd like a set of the cards, please let me know adn I'll make them for you!   Cost is $15 and the cards are awesome! 🙂

I'll also be posting my summer classes here pretty quickly…I am trying to finish getting them set…

IMG_2008 This card is perfect for spring…I just love how simple it is!

The colors are pixie pink, Taken with teal, and old olive.

The stamps are Always (one of my fav's) and short and sweet.  The 1 1/4 and scallop circle punches were used along with a silver bard and the white dots are from the white gel pen.

The olive wide grosgrain is perfect–and see how wish big is stamped right on it…Stazon Black was the ink,

Vert quick and fun!

IMG_2027 Here is another fantastic card–this is done with the set, Dreams Du Jour and Heard from the Heart.

The colos are Not Quite Navy, Certainly Celery and Lavander Lace with basic black.  A cool combo, don't you think?!

The butterflies were stamped, then the piece was covered in versamark and iridescent ice embossing powder for a big sparkle!  Fun!!

IMG_2039 Here is another great card with sparkle.  This on euses Party Hearty.  Colors are fun and "happy": Real Red, Green Galore, Only Orange and Tempting turquoise.  The spiral punch was used and a little dazzling diamonds added to the cupcakes with the 2-way glue pen!

FUN, Fast and cute!

That's it for now…more to come tomorrow!
