Have a Happy Heart Day!

Hope you all have a wonderful day–me and the kids will be celebrating most likely with a big trip to McD’s and a special "bath" in Mom and Dad’s tub!  The little things in life, right?  Did I mention Andy is in CA enjoying as he put it "75-degree difference in temperature from take off to landing"….tough, huh?

Here are some cards for you…

This beautiful card was made by a fabulous stamper friend, Elisa.  She used the set, Always and So Saffron, barely banana, River Rock, and Very Vanilla.

THe heart is stamped and embossed in clear–the real deal is much prettier…like I said I have been having trouble taking good pictures.

I never would have picked these colors together–it is a very nice look!

The river rock ribbon looks great, too!

This card was done by my awesome upline, Tami.  She used the Wonderful You set, ONE OF MY FAVORITES–and I have not even had a chance to stamp with it 🙁

THe colors are Always Artichoke,Mellow Moss, Apricot appeal, pumpkin pie and very vanilla.

The Artichoke prints cardstock is beautiful with this card and I love how the layers make for a little different card,

The ribbon is from the Theatre ribbon originals and is attached with RR Brads.  PRETTY!!

This card is done with the Tres Chic background stamp as well as the set, Forever in my heart.  I actually made a bunch of these (with the help of Eloise, Cindy D, Juli B, and Cindy B, for the troops in pink)… but I made a bunch of this color combo for my swaps in January for my trip to Palm Springs.  (I didn’t have enough pink!!)

The colors are soft sky and Basic Gray–a color combo that I just love!!

The tag is punched with the larger tag punch and attached with a paperclip that I tied a hunk of gray taffeta ribbon to…it again is MUCH prettier in person!
