Hope you all had fabulous Mother's Days! I had a lovely day with my family–even had a few minutes to stamp!
Well, I've got a very busy week ahead…my annual Rubber Stamp Garage Sale is this weekend with literally thousands of stamps, accessories, inks, printed papers, cardstock and much much more! My customers can preview the sale Thursday Night from 6-9pm and the sale continues Friday from 8-6 and Saturday from 9-1. You won't want to miss it! Fantastic stuff at even better prices!! Check out this AMAZING card done by my good friend, Chari! It is SOOOOOOOO cute! I just love it! Do you love it, too? We are going to make this baby at my Big Shot Techniques class tomorrow (Tues) night…please RSVP (drekow@yahoo.com) if you'd like to come or if you cant' make it and would like a set of the cards.
Chari used the In a Word and Itty Bitty Bits stamp sets, along with the punch pack in the mini. Colors are Rose Red, Chocolate Chip and Old Olive. Some hodgepodge hardware, a little olive satin ribbon and you can't appreciate it here, but this card has been Smooched with the Vanilla Shimmer smooch!! LOVE IT!! the vase is textured from the new texture plate and the shape is from the new Island Floral Bigz Die! Very Cute!!
Here is a fun card that I recieved in a swap…the stamps are used are Sweet Scoops and Teeny Tiny WIshes. The Polka Dot embossing folder was used along with the Pennant Die and 1 3/4" and word Window punch. The printed paper is from Island Oasis.
The inside is fun, too! The little folders are perfect for a note in one and a gift card in the other! How adorable!
Here is a fun card using the Sentimental Journey Stamp set (on special this month: Order it and you'll recieve a free package of designer brads (p. 179 in catalog)!! The paper is from the Travel Journal printed pack in the mini and the colors are Garden Green, Night of Navy, and pumpkin pie. The word window, modern label, 1" and 1 1/4" punches were used along with a bit of pumpkin ribbon. Very fun–perfect for a graduation card!
