So, I've never done this challenge before, but I thought I would give it a try! After all, Halloween is such a fun holiday to make projects for!
Last week, I made some witches' hats for a blog hop and I just loved how cute they were, so I thought I would try some more, and this is what I came up with! I love how stinking cute these hats are and I think it totally works on the skull and bones here!
In case you missed my video on how to make these adorable hats (some are 3D clips, and on today's card I did the 2D Flat version), check it out here:
I used the Howl-o-ween Treat set along with the Happy Haunting DSP and you just can't go wrong with the black glimmer paper (the greatest invention ever to grace Halloween, in my humble opinion).
I think the bow (made from the Bow Builder Punch and Happy Haunting DSP) really gives my skull some sass and I love it!
And the cutest part here is how the center piece of the bow just happens to have the Jack-o-lantern smily face all perftly centered! I love when things like that just work out! 🙂
And don't worry–the inside of the card is ADORABLE, too! I used the hostess set, Six Sayings and I love how cute it looks with the BOO in Tangelo Twist. In case you don't know an easy way to do this, I took 2 small post-its and covered Fa and lous and then inked the BOO in Tangelo Twist. I took the post its off and inked each side in black. Voila–it is so easy!
