Hello everyone,
I hope you had a wonderful weekend–I had a nice but busy weekend….is it bad that I will have 5 days in a row with workshops or classes? It must mean that the end of Sale-a-bration is near…thus I am super busy! It goes for one more week…so make sure you take advantage of this awesome special! Remember for every $50 you spend, you get a FREE sale-a-bration set. You can see them here:
I also have a great class coming up this week…Rub-ons. If you love these fun little accessories as much as I do, or are not sure about how totally cool they are, please come on over and join us for a great class–you won’t believe how fun they are and how easy they are to use!! Class is Thursday night at 7 and you get a package of rub-ons to take home with you that night! $20
But for now, enjoy a few cards…
This is a card made using the Sale-a-bration set, Merci. The colors are rose red, basic gray and going gray. THe ribbon is regal rose wide grosgrain and the vintage brads add a nice touch. the printed paper is from the rose red prints cardstock and the image is colored using aquapainters..this is actually quite a quick card to make!!
This adorable card uses the set, Friendship’s Bloom, another Sale-a-bration set. You could make a bunch of these cards in a variety of color combinations, too!
This card is done with certainly celery, pumpkin pie, and blue bayou–not my first color choice–but definately different!
The ribbon is the new pumpkin striped grosgrain and the button in the center is from the wonderful favorites button group.
Very easy and fun–I would love to do it with Wild Wasabi, Real Red and Tempting Turquoise or try River Rock, Groovy Guava, and Ruby Red…lots more you could do!!
And here is a great looks like spring/summer card…I believe it will be 50-degrees here this week–what a long awaited treat!!
The stamps are from the set, Stitched Exotics (one of my favorites), and the colors are Old Olive, Groovy Guava and Bali Breeze Printed Cardstock, A very fun combination.
The card also uses the Ice Rhinestone brads, a Jumbo pewter eyelet, and pewter hodgepodgte pieces. The Thanks is from the set, Thanks for Everything, and I just love the turned up corner–so you can enjoy both sides of that printed paper!! COOL!
