I am so excited about my Friday Quickie Video today! I think the reason is that whenever you can use your supplies for more than the intended use, it is a great day! I love the versatility of our products and this is another great use for many of those framelits you've got laying around!
On this card, I used the Flurry of Wishes Stamp set and I just love the color combo: Rich Razzleberry, WIsteria Wonder and Pool Party! Such a fun and different color combo–and so rich!
I tucked the ends of the silver thread behind the area where I adhered the flap back on the card.
This card uses the Lots of Labels Framelits and I stamped the background with the Dots all Day background. The card is just simple and easy! The set, Timeless Love is awesome!! I have not played with it enough and I am anxious to get back to it!!
I used the new Archival ink to stamp the flowers and sentiment. I colored them in with my Aquapainter and picked up the color using the ink in the lid of my pads.
I really like how this card turned out! The Wonderous Wreath is such a versatile set, and combined with the Hardwood Background, it is fantastic! I stamped off the background to get the lighter and uneven look of distressed wood you see everywhere (including my background of the photo!) I stamped and cut out the wreath (except the center) and cut out the partial wreath (again without the center). I adhered the wreath then cut the center out of both the crumb cake and white layers at the same time–that way they would line up right and be centered.
The back side has the greeting slipped through the the center of the wreath and is adhered to the back. That is a super cute part of this, too!
This card is a really simple one–just a couple of ovals stamped with the Wild about Flowers stamp set and a little printed paper inside!
I added sponging around the edges–in Wiseria and Pear Pizzazz to add a little more dimension and stamped the sentiment with the Watercolor Thank You.

Love these cards, Dena! What did your upline use to cut through the cutting pads?
Colleen–she took them to a place called Tap Plastics (she is in California). My husband said a band saw with a metal cutting blade would work well, too. Glad you liked the cards!!
