So I started off by sharing some of the fun things that my friends Kelly and Barb and I created when we got together last week! We had such a fun time stamping with our New Catalog Pre Order items!! First up is the new piggy set!! So cute!
This is from the set, Lovely Inside and Out–the framelits create frames with the words–I just cut "hugs" out. SOOOOO going to have fun with this set!!
On this fun Polka-Dot card, I used the Pop of Pink DSP paired with the Falling Flowers Stamp Set. This set has quickly become one of my fav's! I even have an online class with for it–you can register for it here.
Paired with a little Gold metallic thread and some Calypso Coral ink/paper for the flower and the sentiment and card base in Pool Party. You can certainly change up the colors for a different look!
Here is another similar card I created with another flower die cut in vellum. I just love the look!
Next up is "Watercolor Smooshing" or Acetate Smacking…basically the same thing. Applying color to watercolor paper using a clear sheet (I used a cello bag, but a window sheet or even a plastic bag would work). This one I started with a wet backgorund and a bit of color.
I love the textured look it gives–once it was totally dry, I added some black spritzed marker.
I finished it up by Adhering a Die Cut Dragonfly and stamping the sentiment in black as well as some gold metallic thread.
The next card I created I added the color with just the plastic–again start with a wet background. I used Pool Party, Pear Pizzazz and So Saffron.
I embellished it with some flowers die cut with the Botanical Builder Framelits and some Silver Metallic Thread and Rhinestones.
So Pretty!! I just love how this one turned out!!
And finally, I made this card–it did not turn out like this in the video–I re-worked it by stamping and die cutting the ice cream cone then adding to my label! The Tags & Label Framelits are AWESOME!! I
This card is so sweet (literally) and is perfect for a summer birthday! My favorite part is that it is super easy and quick to create!

If it makes you feel good, then I say wear it. We all want to feel good legally anyway. (Hope I made you smile!) I know I did. I want to Thank Yo for having CC on your facebook. Without it I wouldn’t be able to join the fun. I’d be looking at what you made and guessing measurements and products, that I wouldn’t have fun. It’s awful not be able to hear well, but there’s worse things that could be wrong. So, I’ll take ( like have a choice anyway? Right? Ha Ha Ha! LOL! I’ve lost my mind, can someone find it for me please?) I need it back, I think? Okay, get down to business. I love, love, love, pigs. This stamp set was made for us pig lovers. I have pigs from England, no not real ones, silly. But, I do love my pigs. Did I tell you, I love pigs? Well I do! Anyway, I’ll watch the rest of your video a little later.
