I hate to be so harsh on my blog but I am DONE WITH WINTER!!! The kids are going to school till July (practically) and this is about all I can take!!!!! I have total CABIN FEVER–what is that called–seasonal affective disorder–seasonal depression disorder–tired of Winter disorder???? Ugh?!@?
Well, I guess the only thing to do is stamp… 🙂
This adorable card was done using the BIRDS, and A Beautiful Thing, and Celebrate Everything, and the print pattern background was also used.
The colors are the best: Purely Pomegranate, Taken with Teal, Old Olive and a touch of Pumpkin pie. LOVE THEM!!!
The bird was stamped in Basic Brown and colored with aquapainters. The hodgepodge clip and pumpkin pie ribbon add a fun touch!
This adorable card was CASED from a fellow demonstrator–and I just love it!! The colors are Basic Gray, Certainly Celery, So Saffron and Rose Red.
I used the Friendship Blooms Stamp set and a little Celery ribbon. Super simple stamping!!
Here is another sample from a Sale-a-bration set–Birthday Whimsey. I also CASED this card from a fellow Demonstrator, with a few changes.
The colors are Chocolate Chip, Old Olive and Almost Amethyst (plus amethyst prints cardstock).
I colored the cake with markers and then added glitter on the amethyst and candles parts. The scallop punch also has glitter on it for a fun look–just used that 2-way glue pen to "color" the glue on the scallop part.
The ribbon is the wide Olive Grosgrain. Simple and fun!
Stay warm and not "blue"…I am thinking of some more tropical cards for tomorrow…
Wow, Dena and glitter…..now that’s an out of the ordinary turn of events – you must be suffering from cabin fever! What a cute card! All of them
I didn’t have class yesterday or today…so instead of homework–I had to stamp!
I am with you I can’t handle winter much longer! I just wish I could find time to stamp! Your cards as always are great!
