Watched your live this morning, so happy to see that you are on the mend. Thought I should let me know you talked me in to the bundle I didn’t think I would want … you always make it look so easy, and of course I know I will love this set. Thanks again Dena for all you do to make stamping easier for all of us and way more fun. 🙂
I went to http://www.facebook.com/creativitycave at 10 am CST. Very disappointed. I tried to start the video but it was frozen. No matter what I tried I failed. I called your number thinking your helper Emily would answer and help me. No luck. I made several comments for help to no avail. Very frustrating to say the least. I finally gave up and left. Was so looking forward to it.
Hi Kate, I am so sorry you were having trouble. Unfortunately I film my FB Live on my phone, so I couldnt answer! The problems you were experiencing are likely related to your internet strength/connection. If you dont have a strong connection, it can be difficult to watch. The good news is that you can still enjoy all the fun and benefit by watching the replay which is on my FB Business page. It will also be uploaded to YouTube and on my blog Wednesday. Unfortunately given that I am live at the time, I cant troubleshoot issues people face trying to get on. The beauty of it is that it is recorded so you wont miss anything! Hope you will enjoy the replay!
Dena I might be able to help Kate watch your Live FB video. I too have tried week after week to get it to work and would give up and just watch it after it was over. Today I tried something different. I used the Facebook app and after clicking on it I put Creativity Cave in the search space at the very top. After clicking on it to search, all your videos showed up under videos and I then clicked on today’s video and was able to get on but for the last five minutes.
Some of us are not as good at knowing how different programs work on the computers. It would be nice if a little instructions were noted so some of us could know how to get on. It is very frustrating and I know how Kate feels. I have a face book page but don’t do anything on it because know one will take the time to show how to do anything. They think you should just figure it out on your own. I hope this helps You Kate if you come back to Dena reply page again.
Thank you so much Lois for your kindness. I believe I did try that (tried so many different things I can’t be sure) to no avail. I was so frustrated. I am older an not very techie ( it so amazes me when my young (under 10 yrs) grandkids come over and can just show me how to do things, LOL). My video was just frozen. Ugh! I will try your suggestion again the next time and pray it works. Thanks again Lois. Oh, and I don’t know if it makes a difference, but I was using my ipad. Don’t know if that has anything to do with it. Our computer is in our kitchen and my husband works at home in the next room, so I usually use my ipad in another room so I don’t disturb him. God bless! K8
Dena, i look forward to tomorrow! I hope you take up Lois’s suggestions for us none techies, i totally agree with her. 🙂 Thank you! I try and tune in to you every day. 🙂 K8
Dena!!! So glad you are doing well and back on FB live. Love your eastern palace projects and plan to purchase your tutorial (online class) when it’s available. I am a demo with no up line so really appreciate the inspiration!!! Love your humor and fun personality! I live in southwest Minnesota and hope to attend an event or class with you. Have to figure out how far you are from me.
Need to be patient with your body…never heals as fast as we think it should!!
