Creative Inking Blog Hop: Gift Ideas

Welcome to The Creative Inking Blog Hop! Whether this is your first stop or you are joining in from Lori's Blog, I am so very excited to have you here! This month our theme is Holiday Gift Giving ideas! I am pretty excited about the projects that I came up with for our hop! :) Whether you are looking for gifts to give or just inexpensive treats to share, I have some great ideas for you!

This is a tin of tea I found at Walmart. I wrapped some DSP around it (3 7/8 x 12") from the Merry Little Christmas DSP pack. I added a bow and a Merry Little Christmas Memories and More Card that was stamped with Carols of Christmas "Peace on Earth". Add a bow and a lovely gift is born!

Oh, and peppermint tea is awesome!

This adorable card uses the same supplies–just different dsp/cards! I stamped with the same stamp set–this time in Cherry Cobbler ink on the bottom of the Memories and More card.

And the inside is the best! In one of our Acetate card boxes, you can fit 2 packets of Cocoa mix (also from WalMart) and two treat tubes filled with Mini Marshmallows! HOW CUTE!?!?!?

And finally, when you need a box for a treat, personalize the size–it is so easy! Don't forget the matching card!

I measured the bag of Caramel Corn (you guessed it, WalMart) and it was 7 3/4 x 3 3/4 x 1 1/2. So to create the box I added the length + 2 sides (7 3/4 + 1 1/2 + 1 1/2= 10 3/4" x same for the width and you get 6 3/4". Score on all sides at 1 1/2 and form your box! EASY PEASY!

Such adorable projects, If I may say so, and really quick and easy to create with some DSP, Memories and More Cards and a couple of stamps!
