Welcome to the Creative Inking blog Hop!  Whether this is your first stop or you are joining in from the lovely Lori's Blog, I am so excited to have you stop by The Creativity Cave today!  Our theme is a good one:  Designer Series Paper Love!  I have a bunch of samples for you and they showcase a fun layout for using printed papers in your cards!  SOOOOOO, get out that printed paper, cut into it and have some fun!

So I started with this card layout, then I was easily able to create several more cards with the same basic dimensions/layout!  It is a quick and easy way to create lots of cards in a short period of time!

Gather Your Supplies:

  • 1/2 Sheet Crumb Cake
  • 4 1/4" Square DSP (Printed paper)
  • 2 x 3" Whisper White
  • 2 1/8 x 3 1/8 Cardstock
  • Bird Ballad Bundle (Free as a Bird Stamp set and Stitched Nested Labels Dies)
  • Striped Organdy Ribbon
  • Black Memento
  • Petal Pink, So Saffron and Old Olive Blends

  1. All of the cards are so pretty. Love the technique! I am curious about the way you used adhesive on the die cut word. Can you show how you put that tool together and what you used?
