Creation Station Blog Hop: Trees and Textures

Welcome to The Creation Station Blog Hop!  I am so excited to have you stop by The Creativity Cave!  Whether this is your first stop or you are joining in from the awesome Andrea's Blog, I am just tickled that you stopped by!  This month our theme is Trees and Textures.  I have to admit I struggled getting an idea for this in my head, but once I got it, I was THRILLED with the outcome!

I knew after working in our yard all day trimming tree branches that this was the stamp set I wanted to use: Colorful Seasons!!  I also had it in my head to use some of the Wood Textures DSP, and I could not be more thrilled with how it all came out! 

Gather Your Supplies:

• 1/2 Sheet Early Espresso
• 4 x 5 1/4" Whisper White (for inside)
• 4 1/8 x 5 3/8" Wood Textures Dsp
• 1 x 5 1/4" Wood Textures Dsp
• Scraps of Espresso and wood textures dsp for die cutting
• dimensionals
• Stitched Shape Framelits
• Colorful Seasons Bundle (set and framelits)
• Early Espresso ink
• Glitter Dots

I die cut the flowers from the white wood texture pattern.  I added a little color with the glitter dots–so pretty!

A little strip of DSP inside the card was the perfect touch!
