Thanks for joining us on the Creation Station BLog Hop! THis week's hop is dedicated to Sympathy, Thinking of You and Get Well Son Cards. While this isn't always the most cheerful subject, it is one of my most requested card types. I hope you like my project–I really think this is a perfect card for any of these needs.
Well, I just can't get enough of the Watercolor Wings set–I think that the reason it is so good is because that it can work for just about any occasion! The other thing that just makes this card so pretty is the unique color combo for the butterfly. I used So Saffron Stamped off for the base layer, So Saffron for the wing tips and Smoky Slate for the center details. I also used vellum for the smaller wings framelit. LOVE how easy it is to stamp these butterflies and get amazing results! The other thing that makes this card is the beautiful background texture from the Fluttering Embossing folder! I just love the look it gives!
