Welcome to The Creation Station Blog Hop! Whether this is your first stop or you are joining in from the lovely, Denita's blog, I am just so excited to have you stop by The Creativity Cave! This month our theme is "Resolution Solution" and I can promise you, TIME is my biggest resolution! I tend to work too much and my goal is to cut back on my hours! So I have created this cute little calendar for my stamping desk so I know what day it is when I am working! (you'd be surprised how often I need it while working, LOL!)
Gather Your Supplies:
- 4 1/4 x 11 Thick White Cardstock
- 4 x 4 1/4" Score on the 4" side at 1/2, 2, 3 1/2"
- 4 x 5 1/4" Whisper White
- 2 pieces of 4 x 2 3/4" Peaceful Poppies Printed Paper
- Black Satin Ribbon
- Tiny Rip off Calendar (more info below)
- Scraps of White, Black, Silver Glimmer
- Peaceful Moments Bundle
- Liquid Glue, glue dots, and Dimensionals
Here is the part that makes the calendar stand up on your desk like a tent.
Oh my, these dies are so pretty! Don't forget to register for my Peaceful Moments Online Class Here (it is the first of two classes this month and next that feature the two bundles from the Peaceful Poppies suite!)
Oh, and the best part: You can fold it and fit FLAT it in a regular envelope! (I would suspect it would require extra postage, however I have not mailed one on its own yet) For the rip off calendars, I will send a package of 10 calendars to the first 10 people who place an order of $50 or more in my online store (in addition to my FREE PDF tutorial and a Sale-a-bration gift from Stampin Up!!) woo hoo!!
I Had to make a matching card! Same supplies as above but switch the first two pieces of Thick White to a 1/2 sheet of Thick white for the card base.
I still can't get over how pretty!!
I just love this card design–switch up the colors and patterns for a gorgeous look on lots of different cards!
Makes a great NEW Years card for those who MAYBE didn't get their Christmas Cards out this year! LOL!

Love how you used a black, white and silver poppy on your projects. Such a fun focal point!
Hi Dena! I love your videos and the inspiration I get from your creations. I want to make calendar cards but cannot find these little rip off calendars!, Where DO you get them? I’m an SU Demo – 2020 being my 10th year. Could you share where you get them please? Thank you! – Julie
Julie Brush,
I would suggest checking out the website for Pinterest. There are many ideas for calendars including the size you are looking for.
