I am so glad you could join me from the FABULOUS Sara's blog! I couldn't be more excited about this week's hop because the topic is the NEW Holiday Catalog Preview–and hold onto your hats, it is AMAZING!! The Catalog goes live Sept. 1st and it is truly awesome!
It is no secret that my favorite holiday is coming up: Halloween!! I love everything about it–decorating my home, sweet kids dressing up in fun costumes, trick -or-treating and all the fun projects that can be made for this event!! While you may not send many Hallowen Cards (it is always my goal), decorating is the best!!
One of the things I just love from this new catalog is Sparkly Seasons stamp set and framelits. I think the reason is that it is just so versitile and that makes me happy-anytime you can use something for more than one occasion–you've got me! I think that the big thing with this is the framelit words that coordinate, too! SPOOKY, FALALA, SNOW, GRATEFUL. Now those are some awesome choices!!
I had to go with spooky for my card and the next thing that I am IN LOVE WITH is the new Black glimmer paper. And let me tell you, it is NOT just for Halloween!! I think it is going to be so darn versitile for projects all year long–I really hope this will be added into our permanent collection!! While my photos don't quite capture the awesomeness of this sparkle, I hope you get the picture! Hope you love the project! Those stars are really easy to adhere with the new Fine Tip Glue Pen, too! Have a great rest of your day and make sure to head on over to Deborah's awesome project up next!

This card is adorable! I also love the Black Glimmer paper and may have to buy some to hoard. I must have overlooked the Rich Razzleberry Cotton Ribbon. I love how you’ve used it behind your greeting!
Wow – I love those black glimmery stars! Something else to add to my list – thanks for enabling my purchases, Dena 😉
Great cards Dena. Love the black glimmer paper. Can’t wait to see it in real time. Looks awesome on your cards.
