Creation Station Blog Hop: Holiday Catalog!

Our theme this month is the NEW HOLIDAY CATALOG!!  What a treat this catalog is!!  So many beautiful pages of amazing products!  I am loving WAY too many of these items!!  But I had to focus on my very favorite thing and that is the Paisleys and Posies Suite of products!  There is a Stamp Set and Coordinating Framelit Bundle (and at a discount, YAY!), Gorgeous Printed Paper, coordinating Ribbon, Embossing Folder, and Copper Foil Sheets (THANK YOU SU!!!) So let me show you what I did–and I kept things simple, yet STUNNING!

This is the card I made and I just love how it turned out!! I was actually going for something a little different when I started out, but as usual, the wrong turn ended up so RIGHT! 🙂

Gather You supplies:

• 1/2 sheet of Whisper White Cardstock, 3 3/4 x 5 and 3 1/2 x 4 3/4" panels, plus 1 1/2 x 4 1/4" piece for sentiment (or the size you need for your sentiment)
• Pretty Pasileys Embossing Folder
• Rbbon Trio
• Wink of Stella Clear
• Night of Navy Pad
• Paisleys & Posies Bundle (set and framelit)
• Delightful Dijon Marker
• Pearls

I embossed the smallest of the white panels and added some wink of stella to the flowers. Layered it up and put it on the white card. Stamped the sentiment and cut the banner ends by hand.  Then added some Dijon ribbon behind.  Finished up with some "spritzing" with my Dijon marker. I think it really adds a little sumthin sumthin, don't you think?!

I just love the look of the flower made from the swirly paisley image.  Stamped and cut out of Navy and then rolled up into a sweet flower, with a pearl in the center! NICE!
