Welcome to The Creation Station Blog Hop! I am so excited to have you join us today and whether this is your first stop or you are coming from the Amazingly Talented Liz's Blog, I am so glad you are here! Our theme is Giving Thanks this month and I love the projects I came up with!
I love the colors–I didn't actually use the Early Espresso, but left it in the pic to add or substitute for this general color scheme.
Gather Your supplies:
- Crumb Cake Note Cards and Envelopes
- 3 1/4 x 4 3/4 Sweet Sugarplum
- scrap of Very Vanilla Cardstock
- Sweet Sugarplum, Crumb Cake, Soft Sky, Rich Razzleberry, Soft Suede and Early Expresso Ink pads
- Clear Wink of Stella
- Moroccan Nights, Vintage Leaves, Thankful Thoughts stamp sets
- lace trim
- Stitched Shapes Framelits
- Leaflet Frameltis
- DSP
- Clear Treat box
Depending on the look you'd like, stamp off the colors (like I did here) for a more subtle effect. For more intense color, stamp full-strength or a combination of both. Spritzed at the end with Wink of Stella for some amazing shimmer!
Didn't it turn out amazing!? I just love the look (don't forget to stamp the leaves (really light) on the envelope flap in crumb cake.
So I wanted to create a little treat to share, too! I love how this turned out, too! It coordinates beautifully and it also was a piece of cake to create!
I used 1 1/2 x 5" strips of DSP (in Sweet SugarPlum, Rich Razzleberry, Early Espresso, and Crumb Cake) and wrapped them around Ghirardelli chocolates that may or may not be left over from last Valentine's Day….
I stamped just the leaf in Crumb Cake on a scrap of vanilla and diecut it with the smallest stitched shape circle, as well as a leaf in crumb cake on crumb cake cardstock. Added the "thanks" in Sweet sugarplum popped up and what a gorgeous little treat!

I think this is my favorite of all of your cards that I have seen. Just so pretty. I’m going to try to CASE it with snowflakes so I can use it as my holiday card this year. Love, love, love it. I wish I lived closer so I could come to your events–Buffalo, NY area is a bit too far sadly. Thank goodness for the internet!
