Crazy Crafters Blog Hop!

Hello Everyone!  I am super excited to be hopping with my friends Down Under tonight!!  My wonderful friend, Kylie Bertucci and her team are CASEing one of my projects for this hop!  I was so honored to be asked to participate and I hope you will love all the projects featured!! I can't wait to see which cards they choose and what they come up with!

I was trying to decide what card to use and I ran across this one:

So here is what I came up with:

The Snowflake Showcase features 2 stamp sets, a huge set of framelits and some gorgeous Snowflake Trinkets.  I've used the Snow is Glistening Set, the framelits and the trinkets for these two cards with the same layout:

Gather Your Supplies:

• 1/2 Sheet Whisper White
• 2 x 5 1/2 Whisper White
• Scraps of Gorgeous Grape, Highland Heather, Bermuda Bay, Coastal Cabana, and Lemon Lime Twist for Die cutting
• 3/8" Strip of Basic Black
• Stitched Shape Framelits
• Layering Squares Framelits
• Snowfall Framelits
• Embossing Mats
• White Powder, Embossing Buddy and Heat Tool
• Glitter Enamel Dots
• Coastal Cabana, Gorgeous Grape, Bermuda Bay and Lemon Lime Twist plus Versamark Ink Pads
• Dimensionals

I love the awesome colors, the textures and the bling of this card!!

Such fun colors with the contrast with the Black strip and White Embossed Sentiment!

And the embossed snowflakes make the perfect touch to keep this card from becoming too busy!

I LOVE this one especially! 🙂 I think it packs a lot of punch without being "over the top"!!

This second card is super simple, but has the WOW factor with the layers of snowflakes!

I like to die cut a bunch of snowflakes to keep in a clear envelope inside my stamp case so I can design cards quickly and easily like this one–it came together in just a couple of minutes!
