Bubble wrap Birthday

Hi all,
Here is a fun card that I made and you won't believe the background…it is BUBBLE WRAP!!  Yup!  The next time you get a package with some bubble wrap, resist the temptation to pop those bubbles!!

All that I did was cut a piece of bubble wrap about the size of my card and then ink the bubbles as though they were a background stamp.  Stamp your card on them and that is it!!  I used the Sketched Birthday stamp set, 2 1/2" circle punch, pennant Die, 1", 1 3/4" and 1 1/4" circle punches.  Markers (bermuda bay, so saffron, wisteria wonder, and pear pizzazz) and some glitter!
