One thing that is SUPER SPECIAL about the Holiday Mini Catalog is that all the stamps are DIE CUT–what does that mean??? NO CUTTING!!!! all you do is pop them out of the rubber and stick ’em to the block…and you are ready to go!!! see…………..
Here are some samples using the new Mini Catalog sets…
This card was done by my good friend, and fellow demonstrator, Chari. As many of you know I am a total SUCKER for Halloween!! IT is one of my favorite holidays–so this adorable card is made with the Creepy Crawly Patterned paper and Autumn Apparations Stamp set. She wrapped the candy bar (a small Hershey’s chocolate bar) with the patterned paper, and punched squares in a row to make the window…HOW CUTE??? The black gingham ribbon is dyed with Pumpkin Pie ink–does that sound difficult and a lenghty process?? It is NOT!! All you need is a marker (color right on the ribbon) or hold the ribbon to your pumpkin pie pad with a sponge dauber and pull it through–BAM you are in business!! WAY COOL!!!!!!!! By the way the bats are embossed on the black cardstock with clear ink…another nice touch!
This adorable card uses our new Library Clips (from the Mini Catalog). The Card is Mellow Moss with Pumpkin Pie Chocolate CHip and Always Artichoke makers on the pumpkin. Very Vanilla cardstock for the greeting and pumpkin and Theater Ribbon (and pumpkin pie grosgrain). THe circle punches were used, too.. HOW CUTE…another great card by Chari!
This pretty card was idea by one of my recruits, Lynda. It uses the Autumn Harvest set from the Mini Catalog, along with the Sanded Background (I love this background!!!) We stamped in Black StazOn Ink, and used More Mustard, Pumpkin Pie, Chocolate Chip, Mellow MOss, Always artichoke and Bashful Blue Ink to color in the picture. We used the Photo Corners punch, Watercolor paper, Pumpkin Pie Ribbon, Aquapainters, Vintage Brads, Pumpkin Pie and Chocolate Chip Cardstock…WAY PRETTY!!
This Beautiful card is done with my FAVORITE stamp set from the Mini Catalog, TRUE FRIEND. I LOVE this set–it totally goes with the look of the set, Priceless, too!
For this card, I made markers using the blender pens and reinkers for the new 08 colors…Soft Sky, River Rock, and Blue Bayou. To do that I took a blender pen and added a drop of reinker to the tip–then I used it directly on the rubber as though it were a regular marker. Works well–I made several cards with on ‘drop" on the blender pen.
I also used the new Apple Cider Printed Cardstock that coordinates with this set. The Ribbon is both Blue Bayou and Soft Sky Double Stitched ribbon. LOVE IT!!
