Hi all,
Thank you so much to those of you who braved the weather to join me at my open house yesterday…I will have everything available on Saturday from 10am-1pm so you can enjoy some projects if you would like–it is worth braving the cold!! Please contact me if you have any questions…I’ll be here for most of the day today, too!! BRING A FRIEND–remember I have my drawings for 2-$50 gift certificates!!
Also, I thought I’d share some more samples with you…I have all kinds of new things that I swapped at Leadership for–there are tons of great new ideas and I am really jazzed up! Sometimes I go through a little "stamping funk" and this is a great way to get out from that….
This cute card has a great story–it was made by my dear friend, Jen (who is in the picture with me on the sidebar of my blog). AND HER HUSBAND!! She asked him if he would cut out the little elephant–she showed him how to do it and he did…27 of them!! What a guy!!! I am not so sure Andy would do that–but if I needed to engineer a jig for cutting ovals, he’d be all over that! 🙂
The set is Have a Heart (on special this month) and uses Soft Sky cs (and designer cs), Regal Rose, Wild Wasabi and Basic Black ink. Also Red Grosgrain ribbon…CUTE!!
Here is another cutie…this uses the same set, A Happy Heart (did I mention it is on special this month?)
Colors are Rose Red, Pretty in Pink, Bali Breeze cs, Black StazOn, Going Gray , Pretty in Pink and Rose Red Makers, Glitter and 2-way glue pen….CUTE!!!
Here is another set that is so cute it is rediculous!! 🙂 The set is called, A little Birdie Told Me..it is so darn cute!!
The colors are Chocolate Chip, Brocade Blue, So Saffron and Very Vanilla. The ink is Basic Brown and the birds are colored with aquapainters, Cutter Kit (to distress the edges of brocade blue cardstock) and of course, my favorite, the scallop punch along with the 1 1/4 and 1 3/8" punches….TOO CUTE!!
Another great set–Embrace Life!! I love the simple lines and even if you don’t like to color, it is super easy to do…
This card was done with River Rock and Groovy Guava Cardstock (and whisper white) and a Scallop circle (Dena’s diecuts), plus the Ginger Blossom Cardstock….colored in with Groovy Guava, Ruby Red and River rock and aquapainters…VERY cute and super easy!!
Don’t forget the little chunk of guava stitched ribbon!!
Have a great day!!
I always use your blog when I need an “inspiration!” I especially like it when there are cards using stamp sets I have 🙂
